Making Your Own Cinnamon Rolls with Crescent Rolls

  • Lay out the crescent roll dough and pinch together the seams so that you have 1 piece of dough.
  • Mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the dough, keeping 1/2" clear on each of the 4 sides.
  • From bottom to top (width-wise), roll the dough up so that you create a long roll.
  • Slice the roll into similar size pieces. It should yield about 12 - 14 individual cinnamon rolls.
  • At this point, you can pick up in the cinnamon roll stage where you unroll each roll and put a piece of bacon on them and re-roll.
