Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Cheeseburger Filling
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Onion finely diced
- 2 tbsp Mayo
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 2 tbsp Relish
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1.5 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 20 Egg Roll Wrappers
- Cooking Spray
Special Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 4 tbsp Relish
- 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 tsp Vinegar White
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Cheeseburger Filling
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat.
Once beef is cooked, drain grease. Add onions to skillet and cook until softened.
Add mayo, mustard, ketchup, and relish, and worcestershire sauce to ground beef and stir to combine. Salt & pepper to taste.
Making The Egg Rolls
Preheat Air Fryer to 380F or Preheat Oven to 400F
Lay each egg roll wrapper out with a corner pointing towards you. Place 1.5 tbsp of cheese and 1.5 tbsp of beef mixture in the center of each wrapper.
Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly.
Use a dab of water to secure the tip of the wrapper.
Place the wrapped egg rolls on your air fryer pan.
Lightly spray the outsides of the egg rolls with cooking spray or brush on a light coating of olive oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes in the air fryer (at 380 degrees F). Or 10-12 minutes in the oven (at 400 degrees F) Serve warm and dip into special sauce.
