Frozen Yogurt Bark

Vanilla Yogurt with Raspberries & Toasted Coconut Almonds come together magnificently for a tasty snack with this Frozen Yogurt Bark.

  • 2 cups Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Toasted Coconut Almonds Blue Diamond makes them pre-packaged
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen


  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the yogurt on the lined baking sheet, covering as much of the sheet as possible, but be careful not to spread too thin.

  • Cut each raspberry into 2 to 3 pieces and sprinkle them onto the yogurt.

  • Crush up the toasted almonds and then sprinkle them throughout the yogurt.

  • Place pan in the freezer and let freeze for 2 hours or longer.
  • Once frozen, break apart pieces.
