Frozen Yogurt Bark
Vanilla Yogurt with Raspberries & Toasted Coconut Almonds come together magnificently for a tasty snack with this Frozen Yogurt Bark.
Servings: 8 people
- 2 cups Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Toasted Coconut Almonds Blue Diamond makes them pre-packaged
- 1/2 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the yogurt on the lined baking sheet, covering as much of the sheet as possible, but be careful not to spread too thin.
Cut each raspberry into 2 to 3 pieces and sprinkle them onto the yogurt.
Crush up the toasted almonds and then sprinkle them throughout the yogurt.
Place pan in the freezer and let freeze for 2 hours or longer.
Once frozen, break apart pieces.
