Making Cheeseburger Quesadilla
Butter each tortilla on one side.
Place tortilla in pan, top with half of the meat and half of the cheese, then top with another tortilla (buttered side out).
Cook for a few minutes on medium high until tortilla is browned and cheese starts to melt.
Flip quesadilla & continue cooking until that side is browned and cheese is fully melted. When flipping the quesadilla, use a big spatula.
Repeat the same process with the remaining quesadilla.
Cut each quesadilla into 6 wedges with a pizza cutter and top with your favorite toppings.
