- 2 cups Imitation Crab Meat
- 2 pkgs Cream Cheese 8 oz packages, I use 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 4 Green Onions Chopped
- 1.5 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 pkg Wonton Wrappers
Crab Rangoon Filling
First, soften the cream cheese in the microwave for about a minute, at 30 second increments so as not to overheat.
Chop the green onions and imitation crab meat.
Add sour cream, green onions, crab meat, worcestershire sauce, powdered sugar, garlic powder and lemon juice to the softened cream cheese and mix well.
Making The Crab Rangoon
Place 1 teaspoon of filling onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
Brush the edges with water and fold the wonton skin diagonally to form a triangle, pressing edges to seal.
Arrange the rangoons on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Air Fry at 380F for 12 - 15 minutes, just until golden brown. Bake at 350F for 15 - 20 minutes.

Crab Rangoon Dip
Follow above steps to make crab rangoon filling, then put in an oven safe bowl and bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees. Serve warm with chips, pita chips, or fried wontons.
