Tiramisu Martini Is The Greatest Dessert Of The Night

Tiramisu Martini has the same great flavor of the cake, but there is no baking required! Additionally, this yummy drink takes less than 5 minutes to mix up. And the best part, you don’t have to share this dessert with your children!

Tiramisu Dessert

Tiramisu is an Italian dessert that has a cake-like consistency. It is composed of ladyfingers (an Italian cookie) dipped in espresso that is layered with a creamy filling of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese. The dessert is heavenly. That is, if you enjoy the coffee flavor in your cake-like pastry. Which, I do!

Mmm, each bite literally melts in your mouth and keeps you going back for more and more! And heck, it’s a dessert that you don’t eat on a regular basis so you are entitled to pig out, when it’s available!

Tiramisu Martini

This tiramisu martini has the same type of addictive quality that makes you want more and more. However, you do need to show some type of restraint because this is an easy to mix up drink. And, it consists of ALL alcohol. Therefore, you need to get a hold of yourself and sip slowly. Having more than 1 martini in the same night is okay, just make sure you are drinking responsibly and not the designated driver.

Chocolate Shamrock Martini

Chocolate Shamrock Martinis are the perfect change to a chocolate-y martini. This martini consists of vodka, irish cream, chocolate liqueur, and peppermint schnapps. Adding the peppermint schnapps gives this martini a boost of yum! It’s so minty fresh that it feels like a light drink. Atlhough this isn’t exactly a low calorie martini, it does give the illusion that it’s light. I’ll take it. Who wants to feel guilty when they are drinking a yummy martini? Not me!

You might think the shamrock portion of the name implies that it’s an Irish martini or a martini to be enjoyed on St. Patrick’s day. However, I’m certain that non-Irish folks will enjoy this martini any day of the year!

How To Make

As stated above, this delicious chocolate shamrock martini just needs 4 ingredients. They are listed here with the amounts:

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur Godiva is the best!
  • 0.5 oz Irish Cream
  • 0.5 oz Peppermint Schnapps

Just add everything to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a fun martini glass. Finally, shave chocolate directly over the glass for effect! It looks even better than it tastes. Or does it? Only one way to find out…

Yummy Martini

Although this martini looks absolutely amazingly yummy, it tastes MUCH BETTER than it looks! The contest wasn’t even close actually. This delicious martini is one that you need in your martini repertoire. Above all, you will look like an experienced mixologist when you serve this up for guests. It’s an unlikely martini to make, but it’s the perfect surprise!

I mean, if you like chocolate with peppermint and you like martinis, this is one of the best combinations for a drink. And if you are looking for other types of chocolate martini recipes, check out these chocolate martinis:

Chocolate Amaretto Martini

Chocolate Raspberry Martini

They have some similar ingredients, yet different key ingredients like amaretto, raspberry, and peppermint. All different in their own right, but equally delicious in my opinion. Try them out! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

French Martini

A french martini is my absolute favorite martini. I discovered this delectable drink one night at one of our amazing, local restaurants, Peppercorn House. This is an Asian restaurant that serves Chinese as well as Japanese dishes. We love going there for a night out of delicious food and mouthwatering drinks.

I had never heard of a French Martini before, but it was listed as one of their signature drinks. Under the drink names, they listed the ingredients of each drink. So what is a French Martini? It’s vodka, chambord, and pineapple juice. Anything with chambord gets my immediate attention. I am a sucker for recipes that call for raspberries or the taste of raspberry! And pineapple juice is always a good time. After all, I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like the taste of pineapple.

A Different Choice

I am always nervous to try new things. Even if a recipe sounds as though I will love it, I’m always hesitant to venture outside of my comfort zone. Mainly because when I do try something new, 90% of the time, I am disappointed with my choice. Therefore, I get upset with myself that I didn’t order my go-to choice. I decided to give this martini a chance. I could always order something else, it wasn’t my dinner, just a drink.

My drink arrived and it looked AMAZING! I couldn’t wait to slurp that sucker down. One sip and I was SO RELIEVED and excited that I did take that leap of faith and tried this drink. It was so good, I loved it. So much so that I ordered another one with dinner. The first one was long gone before my dinner arrived.

Verdict Is In

I have since ordered these martinis at other restaurants and even though they all have their own variations, they are all yummy and enjoyable! Finally, I broke down and attempted to make my own concoction. I hadn’t made many martinis of my own, only ones that consisted of mixing vodka with a packaged mixture. The French Martini would be my FIRST attempt at making a martini from scratch so to speak. For a martini-making novice, this recipe is super easy. Don’t be afraid to make it. It takes less than 5 minutes to make and it is so worth the effort. Try it and enjoy!

Banana Creme Martini

Banana Creme Martini. Let that sink in. How good does that sound right about now? This is a great martini for a dessert martini or an any time martini, if you are on vacation. Hey, bananas constitute an acceptable breakfast food so why the heck not?

Dessert Martini

The banana creme martini probably sounds like a girly martini. Perhaps you are thinking it seems like it has no substance. However, I can assure you that this is a serious martini. It just so happens, that this serious martini is super creamy and delicious! Did you realize you could have both? I didn’t believe it until I tried it.

So what is in it that makes it so powerful? It consists of just 3 ingredients; vanilla vodka, banana liqueur, and Irish cream. Those 3 things are all that stands between you and this rich, banana martini. You have probably heard of vanilla vodka and Irish cream. If you haven’t heard of banana liqueur, surprisingly, this liqueur is a lot stronger than you would expect. One brand that I suggest is 99 Bananas. As the name implies, it is 99 proof! What’s crazy is how smooth it is. 99 proof! That’s along the lines of Bourbon and Whiskey. Those certainly are not girly drinks.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Banana Liqueur

Making The Banana Creme Martini

All you need to do is measure each part, put it in a shaker with ice, shake, and pour! If you ask me, that sounds a lot easier than making a banana creme pie! And you get a potent punch along with this heavenly dessert. If that sounds like a dessert you would want, make it!

Instructions

  • Fill shaker 2/3 full of ice.
  • Measure all ingredients and add to shaker.
  • Shake well.
  • Pour into martini glass.

Garnishing The Martini Glass

Ideally, you want to play up this martini with a cool martini glass. Get the glass and garnish it with chocolate syrup. I know I mentioned this martini only consists of 3 ingredients, but to really push it over the edge, add the chocolate syrup around the inside of the martini glass. That little bit of chocolate will really bring this drink to a whole new level.

Have you started gathering your ingredients yet? If not, you need to get moving. You are wasting precious time!

Fall In Love With A Chocolate Banana Creme Martini

A Chocolate Banana Creme Martini sounds absolutely delicious. I mean, if you love the taste of bananas and chocolate mixed together, this creamy martini will definitely get your attention. Who doesn’t love chocolate? And bananas are good for you, right? All kidding aside, I don’t think a chocolate banana martini will be a substitute for your potassium intake, however, it sure can be a substitute for your usual dessert craving.

Ingredients Needed

This soon-to-be favorite dessert martini consists of vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur, Irish Cream, and Banana Liqueur. A Banana Creme Martini might sound like a wishy-washy drink or fake martini, but I can assure you that this is not a martini to mess around with. The ENTIRE drink consists of alcohol and you should drink this responsibly. Keep an eye on your children, if they are around while you are drinking this. This looks like a yummy milkshake, but it is an adult drink that they should not have at their fingertips.

What To Look For When Shopping For Ingredients

As previously mentioned, this martini consists of all alcoholic ingredients. Therefore, you will need to make a trip to the liquor store (or packy as we Bostonians like to call it!) to make the Chocolate Banana Creme Martini. The majority of ingredients can be found in the cordial/mixers aisle. My favorite liqueurs for this martini are 99 Bananas, Bailey’s Irish Cream, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, and Veil Vanilla Vodka.

In Conclusion

Basically, if you like the taste of chocolate-banana, you will love the taste of this Chocolate Banana Creme martini. If you are worried about calories, this might not be the drink for you…at least not on a regular basis. Life is all about balance, however. Skip dessert, substitute this drink for your dessert. Balance! Additionally, if you are looking to reward yourself, treat yourself to this yummy martini!

Most Delicious Chocolate Raspberry Martini You Will LOVE

Chocolate Raspberry Martini

This delicious chocolate raspberry martini is one of my new favorite dessert martinis. After all, chocolate raspberry anything is my favorite combination. I concocted this recipe one night. During the somewhat lock down that we were experiencing due to Covid-19, I was experimenting with different martini recipes each night. If you remember the anxiety, stress, and uncertainty at that time, you understand why I was interested in having a martini each night!

This night in particular, I forfeited dessert. Well, technically, I forfeited cookies, cake, chips – those kinds of dessert. The dessert that I did want was a creamy, chocolate-y martini. Since I had already made chocolate banana martinis and chocolate amaretto martinis previously, I really wanted to try something along those lines, yet different. Additionally, because the other martinis were delicious, I didn’t know how to top them. Yet, I was up for the challenge!

I was looking through my makeshift liquor cabinet (just a cabinet in my kitchen!) and remembered that I had a bottle of Chambord. Yum! After all, everything is better with Chambord. If you don’t know what Chambord is, it’s a raspberry liqueur and it’s deliciously sweet. If you like raspberry flavored things, you will love Chambord. And if you like the flavor of chocolate raspberry, you will LOVE this Chocolate Raspberry Martini.

How To Make It

Hmm, what would make a tasty chocolate raspberry martini? Well, I knew it needed to start with vodka. More specifically, should it consist of regular vodka or flavored vodka? And if flavored, which one? I could choose from regular, vanilla, or whipped cream vodka. I went with vanilla vodka since it would sweeten the taste.

Next, it needs chocolate. Easy! Godiva Chocolate Liqueur. Done!

If it’s going to have raspberry flavor, it needs Chambord. Okay, now we are getting there…

Should anything else go into this recipe? I could add a creamy substance to it and use Irish Cream, specifically Bailey’s Irish Cream. Yes, that was definitely a must-have. Thus, Bailey’s was added!

Chocolate Raspberry Martini Ingredients

  • 1 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Chambord
  • .05 oz Chocolate Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Irish Cream

Instructions

  • Fill shaker 2/3 full of ice.
  • Measure each ingredient and add to shaker.
  • Shake well.
  • Pour into martini glass.

Tastes Like Dessert

As I poured the creamy martini into my glass, I was a little nervous. What if this didn’t taste good? I feared that if it didn’t taste good, I would have wasted all those tasty alcohols! The horror!

One sip and my fears evaporated. My oh my. This chocolate raspberry martini was SO GOOD. Possibly, TOO good. It was a really easy martini to make and it tasted delicious. Would I be able to control myself from making this on a regular basis? Only time will tell, I guess…

The only downfall, if any, is that a chocolate raspberry martini does require a few different ingredients. However, the ingredients for this yummy martini can be considered “alcohol staples” for delicious adult drinks! Therefore, my suggestion is to keep your liquor cabinet stocked with these staples and enjoy a tasty, adult dessert. Cheers!!
